Season is underway - Tournaments are coming
So the season has started and scoresheets have started to come in. Cup games are being organised. People are starting to think about the Miller Tournament on 11th November at Westlands. The tournament will be levels and mixed handicapped. Hopefully there will be enough entries to run a ladies doubles and mens doubles event separately before the mixed this time. The poster and more information will be available soon. The poster will be put on this site and on the SBA websiteunder "Tournament Entry Forms".
Also coming up on the 25th November will be a junior tournament run in co-ordination with the SSDC Community Badminton Network. As a group the CBN are working on getting opportunities for more people to play, get coaching, join clubs or play competitively to the level they want to play. 25th November will be singles U11/13/15/17, followed after Christmas by another singles tournament and a singles/doubles tournament run over 2 weekends.
